We’re looking for a Talented Intern, someone curious, with strong logical thinking and an ability with numbers and data. This is also a great chance to practice your English and be part of an international work culture, learning from a diverse and collaborative team.

The Intern programme is about doing hands-on work while learning about and experiencing our unique culture. Working closely with your manager, you'll kick off a project and see it through to completion—a project that will actually impact the way we do business. At the end of your time with us, you'll present your project and findings to our business leaders and share your recommendations for how we can best move forward. We give you real responsibility because we know you're capable of doing real work, and we want you to have the opportunity to showcase your talent and grow your skills.

What we expect from you

  • You are currently studying at university (full-time), in one of these or similar areas: Business, Marketing, Economics and Engineering.
  • You have intermediate or advanced Excel skills and enjoy working with data.
  • You are comfortable reading and writing in English. You don’t need to be perfect—we’ll help you grow.
  • You’re curious, analytical, and like solving problems.
  • You’re excited to come to the office three times a week to collaborate with the team in person.
  • You can think logically and make decisions using data and insights.
  • You communicate clearly and are open to sharing ideas.

What you can expect from us

We won’t just meet your expectations. We’ll defy them. So you’ll enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you’d expect from a leading technology company. But also, a degree of personal flexibility you might not expect.  Plus, thoughtful perks, like flexible working hours and your birthday off.

You’ll also benefit from an investment in cutting-edge technology that reflects our global ambition. But with a nimble, small-business feel that gives you the freedom to play, experiment and learn.

And we don’t just talk about diversity and inclusion. We live it every day – with thriving networks including dh Gender Equality Network, dh Proud, dh Family, dh One, dh Enabled and dh Thrive as the living proof.  We want everyone to have the opportunity to shine and perform at your best throughout our recruitment process. Please let us know how we can make this process work best for you.
