It’s an exciting time to join the Lifecycle Marketing team at Chamberlain Group! The team has recently migrated to a new best-in-class Customer Experience Platform, and we are in the process of leveraging new capabilities to improve, optimize and innovate across our customer experience and channel capabilities. 

We are seeking interns who are obsessed with building and optimizing best in class customer journeys (“Lifecycle Marketing- Customer Journey intern”), innovating across new and existing channels (“Lifecycle Marketing- Channel Innovation Intern”), and excited by bringing Process Improvements and AI innovations to improve the everyday operating work across these important owned lifecycle marketing channels (“Lifecycle Marketing- Process & AI Innovation Intern”).  

Over the course of the summer, daily responsibilities will range from channel strategy to campaign execution, with the overall summer objective to support Lifecycle Marketing team in growing channel revenue from important owned marketing channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications). We are seeking driven, curious self-starters; prior lifecycle marketing, email or agency experience is ideal but not required.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Driving customer journey development and continuous improvements 

  • Create an audience centric content strategy and activation plan, orchestrate consumer journeys and messaging cadence, and drive a phased “crawl walk run” roadmap for continuous experience optimization 

  • Monitor competition, benchmark performance and bring outside inspiration to build innovative new strategies and expand capabilities across lifecycle marketing channels 

  • Support team in developing and executing crawl, walk, run marketing plans and customer journey integration points for newly launched SMS channel 

  • Document & improve team operating processes 

  • Seek, find and solve opportunities to leverage AI for team operating process opportunities & improvements  

  • Drive collaboration/ connection points to other marketing and product teams 

  • Define the consumer journey architecture for priority segments; map funnel stage intents, key touchpoints, and emotional/behavioral signals; prioritize journey gaps and testable hypotheses 

Requirements:  

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree business and/or Marketing

  • Data driven, innovative marketer 

  • Marketing grounded in data

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / per hour; hourly pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
