A day in the life.

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented undergraduate intern to join our Marketing Analytics Team for a summer internship. This role is designed for students with an interest in analytics, statistics, experimentation, and performance measurement, who are eager to learn how marketing data is used to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategy.

The intern will work closely with the Marketing Analytics team and cross‑functional marketing partners to support segmentation‑driven channel performance analysis, reporting, and documentation. The role emphasizes analytical support and learning, rather than ownership of advanced modeling or tooling.

This Internship will run from early June to August and is a fully remote internship.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 to 5

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Reporting Support

  • Assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing marketing campaign data.

  • Support analysis of key marketing performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) across channels and time periods.

  • Assist in preparing recurring performance reports and documenting analytical methodologies.

Data Visualization & Enablement

  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI (or similar tools).

  • Collect feedback on report and dashboard usability and compile recommendations for enhancements.

  • Support documentation of analytics processes to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.

  • Develop recommendations for improving current data and analytics processes.

Team & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Collaborate with partners across Sales, Brand, Digital, Sales Enablement, Operations, and Automation to understand how analytics and segmentation insights are applied.

  • Support development of internal materials related to data literacy, analytics reports, and dashboards.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Placement and Finance teams to make recommendations to improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field.

  • Coursework or academic project experience involving data analysis, statistics, or multi-variant research methods.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to clearly communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

  • Basic working knowledge and proficiency of SQL, Python, or R

  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and performance metrics.

  • Exposure to segmentation, testing, or experimentation concepts (academic or project‑based).

  • Experience conducting market and client research.

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $24.00 The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
