About the Role

Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

 

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor Intern to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila.

 

You

  • Passionate about fashion and retail, with a genuine interest in client experience and styling

  • A curious and proactive communicator, eager to learn how to engage with clients in an authentic and empathetic way

  • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and willing to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering an excellent in-store client experience

  • Assist in understanding client needs and providing personalized service

  • Learn product storytelling and brand knowledge

  • Support Visual Merchandising and maintain store standards

  • Assist in sales activities, cross-selling, and daily store operations

  • Help manage stock and ensure a well-organized shop floor

  • Stay updated on trends and support CRM activities

 

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Fashion, Business, Marketing or similar)

  • Strong interest in retail, client service, and fashion/luxury industry

  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly

  • Digital awareness and openness to new tools and ways of working

  • Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not required
