About the Role

Pritchard Marketing Internship

Pritchard’s Marketing Department is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing initiatives, including community engagement, social media strategy, event coordination, and internal culture projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and project tasks 
  • Assist in planning, creating, and presenting new social media campaign ideas 
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends, community feedback, and engagement opportunities 
  • Help plan, coordinate, and host marketing and community events 
  • Assist with the distribution of marketing and promotional materials 
  • Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns 
  • Communicate and coordinate with retail locations to support marketing initiatives 
  • Represent Pritchard’s at community events and outreach activities

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing software/tools 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

ENRICHMENT 

  • Compensation: $15 per hour 
  • Schedule: Part-time positions available 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support department goals and develop weekly action plans 
  • Participate in a College Connection, community-based young professionals’ group throughout the summer 
  • Receive a reference letter from your direct manager upon successful completion of the internship 
  • Gain real-world experience and strengthen classroom-learned skills (technical, communication, problem-solving) 
  • Exposure to multiple career paths within the organization
