Pritchard Marketing Internship
Pritchard’s Marketing Department is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing initiatives, including community engagement, social media strategy, event coordination, and internal culture projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and project tasks
- Assist in planning, creating, and presenting new social media campaign ideas
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, community feedback, and engagement opportunities
- Help plan, coordinate, and host marketing and community events
- Assist with the distribution of marketing and promotional materials
- Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Communicate and coordinate with retail locations to support marketing initiatives
- Represent Pritchard’s at community events and outreach activities
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing software/tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
ENRICHMENT
- Compensation: $15 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time positions available
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support department goals and develop weekly action plans
- Participate in a College Connection, community-based young professionals’ group throughout the summer
- Receive a reference letter from your direct manager upon successful completion of the internship
- Gain real-world experience and strengthen classroom-learned skills (technical, communication, problem-solving)
- Exposure to multiple career paths within the organization

- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
