Internship Opportunity for Master of Health Administration Students: Expanding Mental Health & Addiction Services in the Maplewood Community

Are you a driven and innovative MHA student interested in shaping the future of mental health and addiction services at the community level? M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Services is excited to offer a high‑impact internship focused on new business development and service expansion in the Maplewood area, supporting both virtual and in‑person care models for adults and pediatric populations.

  • Assess community needs and market opportunities in the Maplewood area for adult and pediatric mental health and addiction services.
  • Support the design and expansion of virtual and in‑person service models, with attention to access, patient experience, and operational feasibility.
  • Contribute to new business and program development strategies that align with system priorities and community demand.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure services are responsive to patient, family, and provider needs.
  • Analyze service utilization, resource requirements, and growth opportunities to support sustainable program development.
