Internship Opportunity: Legal Administrative Department

Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026

End Date: Thursday, July 30, 2026

Scope and Purpose:

A successful internship will include hands-on experience in ManhattanLife’s Legal Administrative Department. The intern will collaborate using creative problem-solving techniques alongside their peers. The intern needs to contribute positively to projects and be able to work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office software to file, organize, and update documents.
  • Scan confidential documents into the system. 
  • Communicate directly with law firms. 
  • Complete other duties and corporate functions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, English, Political Science,  or a related field of study preferred. Other fields will be considered.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require travel.
