Internship Opportunity: IT Enrollment Technology Department
Start Date: Monday, May 18, 2026
End Date: Thursday, August 13, 2026

Scope and Purpose:
A successful internship will include hands-on experience in ManhattanLife’s IT Enrollment Technology Department. The intern will gain experience in software development, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with a mentor and senior leadership, contributing to active projects while gaining a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. A successful intern will leave the program equipped to serve effectively as a liaison between business and technology teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with requirement gathering for ongoing technology migration projects, including ARC migration to 2.0 Phase 2 and Easy Appoint migration to 2.0.
- Support documentation and analysis efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Learn existing business workflows and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform basic data analysis and assist in quality assurance testing.
- Support server hardening initiatives as needed.
- Help bridge communication between business and technology teams across departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current College student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field of study.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and document requirements clearly and accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
This position does not require travel.
