About the Role

The Supply Chain Intern will be part of LLA’s Global Logistics and Strategic Sourcing teams, gaining end-to-end exposure to the supply chain through hands-on project work, real-world case study analysis, and direct engagement with professionals and vendors across multiple LLA locations. The role combines structured discovery of supply chain functions with ownership of two strategic deliverables that carry strong Finance, Business and Supply Chain components.

  • Discovery of the different aspects of the supply chain : Finance, Planning, Sourcing, Transport, Warehousing and Reverse Logistics.
  • Lead an end-to-end project “Reduction of aging inventory to free working capital while maintaining supply availability"
  • Act as project manager for the duration of the internship, owning the initiative from initial scoping through to final recommendations.
  • Engage stakeholders across the supply chain, leveraging the discovery sessions to understand constraints and identify opportunities.
  • Conduct a case study on how the memory component crisis is impacting LLA and how impacts can be mitigated
  • Analyse a current, real-world issue impacting multiple industries worldwide, with focus on the implications for LLA.
  • Build the analysis across the entire duration of the internship, supported by documented research and stakeholder input.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas; exposure to data analysis a plus)
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (planning, inventory, procurement, logistics)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
