Key Responsibilities:
● Sourcing & Outreach: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards to find "passive" candidates for open roles.
● Candidate Screening: Review resumes for key skills and conduct initial "vibe-check" phone screens to assess culture fit and basic qualifications.
● Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a smooth, professional, and friendly interview journey.
● Scheduling: Coordinate complex interview loops between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
● Employer Branding: Assist in creating content for our LinkedIn page or careers site to show the world what it’s like to work here.
