Your mission

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our Business Development and Sales team.This is a recurring internship opportunity, and we recruit interns throughout the year. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

This internship is designed for high-performing students or recent graduates with a strong interest in strategy, business development, and the defense technology sector.

As an intern, you will work closely with the Founder and the Business Development team, contributing to strategic initiatives, market analysis, and customer engagement.

  • Support business development and sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and strategic analysis
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals and presentations
  • Support customer outreach and sales processes
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Help organize and prepare events, demos, and industry engagements
  • Assist with project coordination and internal initiatives
  • Support marketing and communication activities

Your profile

  • Student in Master or recent graduate (Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and research abilities
  • Interest in defense technology, startups, or strategy
  • Professional proficiency in German is required

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or first experience in:
    • Investment banking
    • Consulting
    • B2B sales
    • Strategy or business development
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools (PipeDrive)

What else

  • Duration : 3 - 6 months
  • Citizenship of a NATO member country or close ally is required
