The HR Analytics Support internship is responsible for assisting with various department functions, including employee data maintenance, HR system enhancements and testing, and special projects. This role will provide hands-on experience with processing employee lifecycle transactions, data quality governance controls and HR system optimization, while contributing to continuous improvements in HR processes that support organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Expectations include attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, track project details, and prioritize work to meet established deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Employee Lifecycle Transactions: Input and maintain employee data in SAP HR, including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, deductions, and personal data changes.
  • Data Governance & Quality Control: Support data integrity initiatives by assisting with data governance processes, monitoring data quality, and identifying potential inconsistencies.
  • System Enhancements & Testing: Assist with HR system enhancements and testing activities to ensure solutions align with organizational goals, improve process efficiency, and provide a positive user experience.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain job aids, process documentation, and training materials to support HR operations and system usage. 
  • Workflow Optimization: Participate in reviewing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting system updates designed to increase efficiency and reduce process inefficiencies.
  • Special Projects: Assist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned. 

This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.



  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Applied Statistics, or other related field required.
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 (or higher) on a 4.0 scale preferred.
  • Graduation date between August 2026 to May 2027 required.
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.
