Graphic Design Intern

Job Summary: The Graphic Design Intern will support our design team while also contributing to broader office operations.  This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for someone interested in gaining real-world experience across design, events, and day-to-day business functions.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in creating visual content for digital and print materials such as social media graphics, presentations and other marketing collateral

• Edit and revise designs based on feedback

• Help organize and manage design files and assets

• Assist with planning and executing photoshoots 

• Help with on-site logistics during shoots

• Support basic photo editing and asset selection

• Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment

• Assist with general administrative tasks

• Coordinate supplies and support day-to-day operational needs

• Support Events and IT Teams with ad hoc tasks 

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to travel to various locations throughout Barton and Gray’s northern harbors.
