About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

About The Team
You’ll be joining our JD Young Internship Pathway, designed to give early-career talent hands-on experience , supporting the building and improvement of our Job Families for Job Profiles Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Management Team. We value curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment, helping you build real skills and make real impact from day one.
Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:
Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Support daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with data analysis and report preparation, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Communicate across departments to ensure supply chain operations align with business objectives.
Contribute to supply chain projects, driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
Follow warehouse safety and operational protocols, and participate in picking, packing, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.
About You
We're looking for the brightest of minds to join our Supply Chain Team, here's who we're looking for:
Native Chinese speakers preferred.
graduating in 2025 and 2026; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication; experience in international supply chains is a plus.
Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
