At Brightmont Academy, we provide personalized, one-to-one instruction that helps students in grades
1–12 thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. In this role, you’ll get hands-on
experience helping bring Brightmont’s mission to life through content creation, social media, campaign
support, and marketing operations. You’ll work alongside our marketing team, contribute to real projects
that connect with our families, and build a strong foundation for your marketing career.

than 25 years of experience and 25 campuses across the country, Brightmont offers customized full-time
programs, individual courses, skill building, tutoring, and test prep.
Our marketing team supports national growth by amplifying the impact of our personalized model,
supporting new campus launches, and connecting families with an education built around each student.
Position Overview
The Marketing Intern supports the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives that
drive awareness and engagement across multiple campuses and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics
Content & Social Media
● Assist with creating content that promotes the brand, programs, and student outcomes.
● Help manage the company’s social media profiles, including drafting captions, sourcing visuals, and scheduling posts.
● Conduct research on competitor social media presence and brand positioning.
● Support content calendar development.
● Assist with company collateral, sales enablement materials, and other assets.
● Contribute to the development and production of the company newsletter.
● Organize and maintain the team’s photo library, including tagging, categorizing, and archiving images across campuses to ensure assets are easy to find and ready to use.
Campaign & Campus Initiatives
● Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with enrollment goals.
● Help coordinate timelines, assets, and inputs needed for successful campaign launches.
● Assist with new campus openings, including content, social, and campaign materials.
● Help track campaign performance and key metrics.
Marketing Tech Stack & Projects
● Work within the tech stack, including CRM, email tools, and analytics platforms.
● Assist with maintaining accurate data, reporting, and dashboards.
● Support strategic and stretch projects that strengthen the Brightmont brand.
Qualifications
● Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice.
● Able to blend creative thinking with basic data to support decisions.
● Comfortable managing multiple tasks and staying on top of deadlines.
● A self-starter who follows through and takes ownership of assigned work.
● Detail-oriented, with pride in delivering accurate, high-quality output.
● Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing across functions.
● Active and engaged on social media platforms, with an awareness of how brands show up online.
● Comfortable learning new tools and platforms with guidance.
● Interest in marketing analytics and how data informs creative decisions.
