About the Role

The Brand Guild is looking for an intern to work with our Growth (new business) team! We are a vibrant and passionate team of experts building some of the best brands in consumer lifestyle, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, spirits, residential & commercial real estate, and the tech-enabled new economy. This is your chance to gain hands-on client experience with the country's most innovative, cutting-edge brands — companies that are truly revolutionizing the way we work, play, and live.

 

Our internships provide invaluable experience in a fantastic work environment, with the option for college credit. Our intern will work directly with the Growth team to help acquire and onboard new clients, contributing to the expansion of the TBG client roster and gaining insight into our esteemed portfolio of brands. 


Please note: 

  • Interns will receive a stipend of $2,500 (paid in 2 installments, one at the mid-point and one upon successful completion of the internship session)
  • Interns are required to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Interns must be able to be in office at least 1 day/week.

You will:


  • Manage inbound lead requests: foster lead connections and maintain internal team organization
  • Conduct background research: research support for prospect calls and pitches, competitive analysis, and strategy development for proposal creation
  • Ideation and brainstorming: collaborate on brainstorming sessions for development of new business proposals
  • Client prospecting: engage in proactive outreach and assist in supporting TBG hosted events to identify and engage new prospects 
  • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, take meticulous notes during prospect calls, and support various administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in marketing efforts: conduct research and preparation for external agency marketing initiatives, including conference attendance, awards submissions, and thought leadership efforts
  • Provide internal training support: collaborate with Growth team to build and execute sales trainings for the larger TBG team 
  • Provide support for meetings and events


You have:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Graphic design skills a plus
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Passion and enthusiasm about learning and contributing to the team’s growth
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and seek opportunities to contribute and improve processes
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • The ability to work 16 hours/week minimum
