We are looking for an Internship Finance (Tax) to support tax compliance and operational activities. You will gain hands-on experience in stamp duty processing, payment coordination, and financial documentation while working closely with internal stakeholders. What you’ll be doing

 

  • Support end-to-end stamp duty processing for contracts and agreements, including data entry into relevant system/ IRB portal.
  • Monitor submission status and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely processing and payment approvals.
  • Raise Payment Request Form (PRF) for stamp duty payments and support related payments process.
  • Maintain and organize all relevant documents (e.g. submission, approvals, stamping certificates) in a structured and compliant manner.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of all stamp duty documentation.
  • Assists in calculating withholding tax and reconciling expenses.
  • Extracts general ledger data and perform expense analysis for tax computation and returns.
  • Assists in analyzing financial data for the preparation of the services tax return.
  • Assists in compiling and prepare the sales tax exemption report for the tax authority.
  • Performs any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, any other similar qualification
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to commit to a 3-months internship.
  • Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills.
  • High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player.
  • Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient.
  • Passion in the beer industry.
