Delcath Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ- DCTH) is a specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company focused on the treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancers. Our proprietary product---Melphalan Hydrochloride for Injection for use with the Delcath Hepatic Delivery System (Melphalan/HDS)---is designed to administer high-dose chemotherapy to the liver while controlling systemic exposure. Delcath is in late-stage clinical development in the United States with initial commercial activities in Europe, where the Melphalan/HDS is marketed as a CE Marked device under the trade name Delcath Hepatic CHEMOSAT® Delivery System for Melphalan (CHEMOSAT). Our commercial strategy for CHEMOSAT is to steadily grow clinical adoption in major European markets and utilize physician experience to support appeals for reimbursement. Since launch over 250 CHEMOSAT treatments have been performed at over 20 leading European cancer centers. In 2016, we launched our FOCUS Pivotal Study in Hepatic Dominant Ocular Melanoma, and are investigating orphan indications in hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. We believe Melphalan/HDS is uniquely positioned to treat the entire liver as a stand-alone or complementary therapy.
About the Role

Delcath Systems is seeking a Marketing & Digital Operations Intern to support key initiatives across digital experience, content management, and marketing operations.

This role is designed to support the execution and scaling of Delcath’s digital ecosystem, with a primary focus on intranet expansion, content migration, and website operations. The intern will work within structured workflows to improve speed, organization, and data visibility across marketing initiatives.

This role operates within defined workflows and checklists to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Intranet & Content Operations

  • Support expansion of SharePoint intranet pages across departments
  • Assist with structured content migration from legacy systems (VPN) to SharePoint
  • Ensure content is organized, accurate, and aligned to governance standards
  • Help maintain project tracking tools

Digital & Website Support

  • Assist in updates and QA for Delcath’s web properties (Delcath.com and related sites)
  • Support SEO implementation efforts (metadata, content structure, search performance tracking)
  • Help implement and test UX improvements across web and intranet experiences

Marketing Operations & CRM

  • Support HubSpot initiatives including email builds and testing
  • Assist with execution of marketing communications workflows
  • Help evaluate tools like Showpad for sales enablement and content distribution

Analytics & Reporting

  • Pull and organize data from GA4, HubSpot, and other platforms
  • Assist in maintaining dashboards and basic performance reporting
  • Support baseline and post-launch measurement for digital initiatives

Cross-Functional Project Support

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams including Marketing, IT, and Commercial
  • Assist in organizing project documentation, timelines, and deliverables
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation for scalability

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, User Experience, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, UX, or data analytics
  • Comfortable working in tools like Wordpress, GA4, MS Office Suite; familiarity with CMS or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in content and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly across teams
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and following detailed checklists
