About the Role

As a PowerApps Developer Intern at pharma&, you will support commercial and analytical operations by building applications, improving processes, and enabling data driven decision making.

This role provides hands-on experience working with real business applications, data, and automation within a global environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and customizing PowerApps applications based on business requirements
• Support integration of PowerApps with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications to ensure performance and user satisfaction
• Work with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Document application features, processes, and technical workflows
• Participate in user acceptance testing and refine applications based on feedback
• Explore and implement automation using Power Automate where applicable
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps and Power Automate. Knowledge of Dataverse is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and Teams
• Understanding of app development principles and basic UI and UX concepts
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast paced environment

Working Conditions

• Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST, aligned with European time zones
• Location: Office based in Hyderabad, relocation required for the duration of the internship
• Environment: Corporate setting with collaboration across international teams

• Expected to maintain professional behavior when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Adherence to company policies, including dress code and conduct expectations

Internship Details

• Duration: Minimum 6 months
• Extension: High performing interns may be considered for full time opportunities
• Start Date: May 2026
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
