Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Project Management Intern to work with Project Manager Director to standardize tracking and reporting tools

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and standardize tracking, risk logs and reporting tools
  • Organize /enhance existing program RAILS
  • Develop trackers, templates and risk logs
  • Support ongoing program updates
  • Identify process improvement opportunities

 

Qualifications

  • Current student at an accredited university, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Program Management or related field.
  • Must be an active undergraduate student (junior or senior year) preferably with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Strong attention to detail with database and data analysis experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data tracking & reporting).
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively as a team member.
  • Schedule Monday - Friday is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, during Internship.
  • US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees and those given asylum in the United States, and temporary residents granted amnesty) since work includes ITAR controlled technical data.
