Name & Title of Hiring Manager: Intern – Supply Chain

Preferred Period of Internship Required: June 2026 - December 2026

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students from Supply Chain/ Business/ Business Operations/ Data Science and Analytics and related disciplines.

We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern who is interested to broaden their knowledge in demand planning, S&OP and supply chain processes in the local market. The intern will work under the supervision of the demand planning and customer service lead in Singapore and will be required to collaborate with other functions, mainly supply chain hub and commercial functions (Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Sales). 

Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

• Analyse sales trend vs forecast. 
• Work with sales team on reviewing and updating the forecast. 
• Collaborate with supply hub to mitigate supply gaps. 
• Update phase-in, phase-out of SKUs. 
• Review and update Excel files with latest information.

Learning Outcomes:

Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives:

• Learn and understand the business mechanics, eg. Base business, promotions, new launches.
• Learn how to view historical trends and translate to forecast.
• Communicate with other functions in the right language.
• Identify supply risk and learn the various methods to mitigate supply gaps.
• Collaborate and work in a team

Why You?

Business Skills and Competencies

• Preferred educational background – Supply Chain/ Business/ Business Operations/ Data Science and Analytics or relevant studies
• Interest in understanding how businesses works and how decisions are made 
• Interest to support business activities from supply chain  
• Skilled in basic Excel and comfortable with numbers 
• Proficient in use of IT and software/systems 

Behavioural Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve
• Strong drive for performance and attention to details
• Ability to think and plan long-term
