- Complete the upload of Foreign Trade Certificate and Feedback Form in the system, demonstrating timeliness and completeness
- Maintain Free Trade Agreement (FTA): Long Term Vendor Declaration (V-LTVD)/ Non-Preferential Country of Origin (NPCO) Declaration
- Engage with systems and tools like MADAME, PIA, HSAI+TRAIDE for worklists and product classification to display timely and accurate results
- Manage email correspondence, Non-Preferential Country of Origin (NPCO) Feedback responses, Trade Compliance and
- Classification Management (TCCM) eligibility checks, and follow-ups with precision and analytical skills
- Analyze and report on utilization rates efficiently while demonstrating organizational skills
- Assist in Monthly Meeting Facilitation, Act as a minute-taker during meetings, displaying proficiency in process aid tools and desktop procedures
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Custom Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
