Responsibilities


1. System Enhancements: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of IT solutions that streamline inventory tracking, replenishment, and reporting processes.

 

2. Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization. Generate reports and dashboards to present findings.

 

3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement,Program Office, and Finance, to ensure alignment between inventory management and overall business objectives.

 

4. Process Documentation: Document standard operating procedures and best practices for inventory management processes, incorporating IT tools and methodologies.


Qualifications


  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Skilled in analystics skills, software development, including programming, debugging, and building applications or tools.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on diverse tasks.
