The Framework

We believe the best way to develop great consultants, engineers, and analysts is through hands-on experience across real projects, supported by strong technical foundations and exposure to multiple disciplines.

Our Early Careers Framework is designed to provide a structured experience across a range of teams and services, helping you build capability, discover your strengths, and understand how engineering, data, and technology come together in practice.

Successful candidates join the team through a rotational framework, where you will gain experience across multiple capability groups and sub-teams over time.

  • Rotations are shaped by:
    • Your interests and strengths
    • Project demand and business need
    • Your development goals as the framework progresses

You may work across one or several teams during the program, building both depth and breadth as you develop.
