What will you do?

  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
  • Handle HR administration, including processing data, drafting contracts, and managing personnel files;
  • Contribute to various HR-projects such as employer branding, employee satisfaction, sustainable employability, or process optimization—depending on your interests and learning goals;
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily HR-operations.

What are we looking for?

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HRM or a similar field;
  • You are motivated to learn new things and develop yourself further;
  • Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback are essential;
  • While you will receive guidance during your internship, we expect you to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks;
  • We value interns who show initiative and actively contribute ideas for improvements within the organization;
  • Good command of Dutch and English is required.
