About the Role

 

As a member of the Digital Performance Analytics team, your role will be to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of data collected across all BRP digital platforms and those of its partners. As part of the Data & Marketing Insight team, you will actively contribute to improving our digital data collection and quality assurance practices, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

The intern will be required to work with development teams, Product Owners, and the Dealer Marketing team to validate data collection implementations upstream and ensure consistency with BRP’s analytical standards.

Here are some of the challenges you will face during your internship:

  • Validate, audit, and document the quality of data collected on our digital platforms (corporate websites and dealer websites).

  • Test and approve tag implementations prior to production deployment, in collaboration with developers, Product Owners, and external partners.

  • Manage and improve tracking plans and ensure their compliance with established analytical standards.

  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collection on dealer websites.

  • Support Dealer Marketing teams in the continuous improvement of their digital data quality.

  • Implement collaboration processes, working methodologies, and automation tools (including AI) to strengthen data quality assurance processes.

  • Support the tag deployment team (GTM) in their day-to-day activities and operational needs.

Become our next generation if you have the following skills and qualities:

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Experience with Tag Management tools, particularly Google Tag Manager.

  • Solid programming fundamentals, primarily in JavaScript.

  • Strong interest in data quality, analytical rigor, and best practices in data collection.

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to structure, document, and improve processes.

  • Proficiency in English required (bilingualism is an asset).
