About the Role

Role Purpose

Support the Company’s day-to-day business operations by collecting and analyzing data, improving processes, and helping leadership turn insights into action.

 

Core Tasks & Responsibilities

Business Operations Support

· Analyze operational and business performance data (e.g., productivity, cost drivers, staffing trends, workflow efficiency) and summarize insights for leaders.

· Develop simple dashboards, trackers, or scorecards to support visibility into key metrics.

· Assist with identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in core business processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work with managers across operations, distribution, finance, HR, and sales and marketing to understand how different areas of the business connect.

Communication & Executive Readouts

· Prepare concise written summaries (1-pagers, slides, executive briefs) that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Undergraduate business student (business administration, management, finance, operations, economics, or related field).

· Good analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with data.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

· Good organization and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
