Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern / Part-Time team member to support our marketing efforts through content creation and social media management. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing fresh ideas and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies
  • Capture photos and videos to support content creation

  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers (comments, messages, etc.)
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights on engagement and growth
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and suggest new ideas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company culture, projects, and events

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with photography and/or video editing
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

  • Basic analytics knowledge (engagement tracking, insights, etc.)
