About the Role

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar en la elaboración y el análisis de reportes financieros mensuales y trimestrales.

  • Participar en la conciliación de cuentas, control presupuestario y seguimiento de gastos.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de finanzas para mejorar procesos mediante herramientas digitales.

  • Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y preparación de documentación.

  • Generar insights a partir del análisis de datos financieros y de mercado.

  • Usar herramientas de visualización y automatización para optimizar reportes (ej.: Power BI, Excel avanzado, SAP, etc.).

Perfil del candidato ideal:

  • Estudiante universitario de los últimos años de Contaduría, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Conocimientos sólidos de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos)

  • Experiencia en Power BI, SAP u otras plataformas financieras (deseable).

  • Habilidad analítica, atención al detalle y enfoque en la solución de problemas.

  • Comunicación efectiva, actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

  • Deseo de aprender, adaptarse y crecer en un entorno multicultural.

  • Nivel intermedio a avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).
