Estamos em busca de um Estagiário de RH para se juntar à nossa equipe. Com sede em Vila Velha, Brasil, reportando-se à Gerente de RH do ES, você apoiará nos processos de: treinamento, endomarketing (ações, programas e eventos), recrutamento, desenvolvimento e administração geral (benefícios, folha e frequência).
Funções e responsabilidades:
- Contribuir com as atividades do departamento de RH, suporte e atendimento ao cliente interno;
- Apoio às atividades de Talent Acquisition (triagem, entrevistas , processo admissional)
- Apoio as atividades de Treinamento
- Acompanhar o processo de Integração de Novos Colaboradores.
- Atuar na Pesquisa de Clima da empresa;
- Apoiar na manutenção dos contratos de Aprendizes e Estagiários
Quem estamos procurando?
Procuramos um estudante com as seguintes competências e motivações:
- Cursando: Administração, Psicologia e afins
- Conhecimento: em Excel e Power Point
- Inglês intermediário, desejável
- Comunicativo e proativo (super importante)
