About the Role

Estamos em busca de um Estagiário de RH para se juntar à nossa equipe. Com sede em Vila Velha, Brasil, reportando-se à Gerente de RH do ES, você apoiará nos processos de: treinamento, endomarketing (ações, programas e eventos), recrutamento, desenvolvimento e administração geral (benefícios, folha e frequência). 

Funções e responsabilidades:

  • Contribuir com as atividades do departamento de RH, suporte e atendimento ao cliente interno;
  • Apoio às atividades de Talent Acquisition (triagem, entrevistas , processo admissional)
  • Apoio as atividades de Treinamento
  • Acompanhar o processo de Integração de Novos Colaboradores.
  • Atuar na Pesquisa de Clima da empresa;
  • Apoiar na manutenção dos contratos de Aprendizes e Estagiários

  • Cursando: Administração, Psicologia e afins
  • Conhecimento: em Excel e Power Point
  • Inglês intermediário, desejável
  • Comunicativo e proativo (super importante)
