The Position

Compliance Intern


Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our Compliance team. The objective of this internship is to provide comprehensive support in structuring internal regulatory frameworks and optimizing processes. It is an ideal opportunity for those who wish to understand how risk and corporate integrity are managed from a systemic and operational perspective.


Main Responsibilities

Assist the team in three strategic pillars:

Development and Implementation of projects with a systemic approach:

Collaborate in the design and improvement of processes.

Support the digitization and automation of internal controls.

Documentation and Technical Writing (SOPs):

Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that policies are translated into clear and actionable steps.

Ensure that the process narrative is consistent and easy to understand for all areas.

Monitoring and Review:

Collaborate in periodic reviews to verify that processes are followed as established. Identify gaps in execution and propose corrective actions.


Desired Profile (Skills & Requirements)

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts into simple instructions.
  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality in handling information.
  • Attention to detail and rigor in data review.
  • Organizational skills to meet deadlines.
