About the Role
SRS Distribution is the largest network of independent distributors in the U.S. We are looking for talented individuals interested in fast career growth, cross-functional experiences, and customized training & development through our summer and year-round corporate internship opportunities.

Internship Overview: 

  • 10 -12-week program beginning June 2026

  • Full-time 40hrs/week; M-F schedule 

  • Competitive Hourly Pay 

Where you’ll work:  

The Finance, Planning & Analytics (FP&A) intern will play an integral role in the current and future success of the organization. Interns will have the opportunity to learn as well as contribute to the department through engaging and interesting work assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in P&L, reporting and analysis from Branch level to the consolidated view

  • Support pro forma and thesis development to evaluate new business opportunities

  • Engage with business unit leaders to develop reporting best practices

  • Work in analytics dashboards to help drive business results

  • Assist with financial projections

  • Support shareholder, bondholder and board meeting preparation

  • Rotate through 3 business unit verticals as well as enterprise reporting

  • Ad hoc project assignments

Program Requirements:

  • Will obtain a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field by August 2027. GPA of 3.2 or above.

  • Notable work experiences and ethic with exceptional references

  • Proven team involvement and leadership skills in school and at work

  • Personable people who have built strong and lasting relationships with others.

  • Solid computer, strategy, communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Candidates who have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, reliable transportation, are authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship in the US and will pass criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test will be considered
