  • Assisting in mapping and analyzing operational workflows to identify process improvements and process management.
  • Supporting members of leadership with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Creating progress reports and tracking key deliverables for assigned/ongoing projects.
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings and capturing actionable insights.
