About the Role

Duration: June/July to December 2026
Starting allowance: SGD 1,200
Location: Seletar, Singapore

Position summary:
This role will support the team in accelerating our digital transformation journey by assisting with various programme and project activities. You’ll work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to support a range of digital initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with the implementation of digital tools for manufacturing and process monitoring

  • Supporting data collection and developing visualisations using dashboards, reports, IoT platforms, etc

  • Helping maintain and update digital documentation and user guides

  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for digitalisation

  • Working with teams to understand pain points, develop and pilot digital solutions, and manage change

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Students currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • A team player with a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Python and Excel; knowledge of SQL is required

  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as ThingWorx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is advantageous

  • Understanding of UX/UI design for dashboard and report visualisations is a plus
