About the Role

Duration: June/July to December 2026

Allowance ranges from SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Seletar, Singapore

Position summary:
In this Internship, you’ll be part of the General Counsel Commercial Team, which is a customer facing team as part of the Civil Aerospace Customer Team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and managing commercial relationships, both internally and with external customers across Asia Pacific and Greater China regions

  • Perusing opportunities to maximise profit

  • Negotiating resolution of claims, disputes and litigation to minimise cost and risk

  • Managing customer restructurings and bankruptcies

  • Managing internal approvals to Vice President level

  • Providing advice and guidance relating to contract interpretation

  • Drafting and negotiating through to conclusion all contractual documentation associated with above issues

  • Delivering and supporting continuous functional improvement initiatives as required

Who we’re looking for: 

  • University students studying Business, Finance or Law related subjects

  • Expected to graduate with 2:1 honours; ideally in the final year of study

  • Keen interest in aviation business

  • Great communication skills

  • Well-rounded experience

  • Good attention to detail
