Position summary:
You’ll be involved in project management within the Manufacturing Engineering function. This role provides exposure to both new and existing technologies, equipment capabilities, and their integration into the blade manufacturing facility. Additionally, you’ll participate in tasks related to new product introductions and part transfers.

What you’ll be doing:

Project management is essential to delivering Fan Blade Singapore’s (FBSG) projects successfully. You’ll collaborate with Capability Acquisition and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and scope.

  • Managing project documentation and supporting risk identification and mitigation throughout all project phases

  • Developing and maintaining realistic project schedules, costs, and resource plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders

  • Monitoring project progress, costs, and resources, addressing any deviations from plans

  • Supporting change control processes and ensuring deliverables meet agreed budgets and timelines

  • Generating accurate and timely project reports for management and stakeholders

  • Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) and Business students

  • Strong drive to succeed, with a willingness to see projects and tasks through to completion

  • Strategic, structured, and process-oriented working style, with strong analytical skills, confidence, and excellent communication
