Duration: June/July to December 2026
Allowance ranges from SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Tukang, Singapore

Position summary:
This internship offers hands-on experience in a corporate environment, giving aspiring HR professionals practical exposure to core HR functions and processes. You’ll also support the team in delivering key people initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing and refining the Emerging Talent programmes by gathering industry intelligence and input from key internal stakeholders

  • Providing support for HR programmes such as new hires, onboarding, internship, and learning plans

  • Reviewing and improving internal communication channels that promote site-wide and HR events for employees

  • Assisting in preparing HR reports and presentations

  • Setting up Power BI dashboards to enable HR analytics and reporting

  • Supporting LiveWell engagement activities and help plan/organise the 2026 HR events calendar

  • Providing administrative and logistical support for HR projects and initiatives

Who we’re looking for: 

  • University students, preferably studying Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Studies, Digital/Media Marketing or related fields

  • Ability to facilitate focus group discussions

  • Ability to develop concepts and create clear, concise presentation and proposals

  • Effective communication skills and strong collaboration abilities

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and web content management

  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
