About the Role
 

JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Sales Intern—ideally current college students or recent graduates—who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales outreach within a fast-paced, thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in targeted markets 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for potential customers
  • Assist with sales reports, tracking, and analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current college student (Junior/Senior) or recent graduate, ideally studying Business, Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional outreach messages.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.

Compensation Disclosure

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18/hr for a 3 month training period. If offered a full time role, the compensation would include an increase in base pay as well as commission based on targets and objectives. 


Work Location & Hours

This is an in-house, office based position located in JAKKS Corporate office in Santa Monica, California. 

The work hours are 8:30 to 5:30 Monday, Tuesday & Thursday ONLY.
