Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The intern will have the opportunity to see how the Florida Region operates behind the scenes while supporting the accounting team in various account reconciliations and variance analysis for its venues and festivals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with artist settlements and post‑event financial reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and reporting processes through data pulls, report preparation, and variance analysis support.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, financial schedules, and system updates.
• Participate in special finance projects focused on improving reporting accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Passion for live entertainment
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and communication skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred
• Desire to learn more about the entertainment industry
• The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.

Pay Scale: $16.00 - $18.00

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida (On-Site)

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
