Position Overview

Graceada Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team across a variety of projects. This role offers hands-on exposure, providing the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real business initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and perform receptionist duties (filing printer paper, keeping the refreshments and snacks full in the “StarBox”)
  • Ordering office supplies and lunch for the team/meetings, as needed
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights 
  • Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency 
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team 
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Log all received checks and coordinate distribution for deposit processing

Requirements

  

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field: Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
