About the Role

Job Description:

CSI Interns serve as an extension of the individual departments where they are assigned. Interns work alongside teams across the enterprise to not only further their understanding of their coursework but to also become an equal contributor to their assigned department. The summer interns are given opportunities to work alongside senior members within their teams to complete on-going projects and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

  • Provides ideas to grow and improve the business.

  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship.

  • Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.

  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.

  • Learn and becomes proficient in internal software systems.

  • Performs other duties as required.


 

Requirements:

  • At least one year of cybersecurity training.

  • Strong technical skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Understand the basics behind provisioning, network, cybersecurity and support.
