About the Role

Job Title: Case Manager Intern (Part-Time)
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and community-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Case Manager Intern. This position offers hands-on experience in real-world case management, community outreach, and workforce development services. As part of the Young Adult Program (YAP), you will play a key role in supporting individuals as they navigate education, employment, and personal development pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with real case management activities, including client intake, documentation, and follow-ups

  • Support community outreach efforts to connect individuals with available services and resources

  • Help facilitate workforce development services, including job readiness and career exploration support

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery

  • Provide general administrative and program support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Interest in social services, workforce development, or community engagement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

  • Previous experience working with diverse populations is a plus
