About the Role

Practicante de Capacitacion

Work Mode: Onsite

Ubicación: En sitio – Juárez, Nuevo León

Actividades:

-Aplicación y control de evaluaciones, encuestas y retroalimentación al personal de nuevo ingreso.
-Apoyo en la aplicación de evaluaciones 7-30-60-90.
-Apoyo en la coordinación logística de eventos de capacitación (listas, materiales, seguimiento de asistencia).
-Elaboración y actualización de materiales de capacitación y comunicación interna.
-Seguimiento a indicadores de capacitación en piso (asistencia, cumplimiento y resultados).
-Apoyo en actividades administrativas del área: control de expedientes, apoyo en escuelas teóricas, IT y manejo de bases de datos.
-Apoyo en la escuela teórica de capacitación.

Skills/Requirements

Requisitos 


Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Trabajo Social o Educación. 

Conocimientos:  Herramientas office, Word, Excel básico.

Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, Proactivo, Trabajo en equipo, Creativo.  

Turno: lunes a viernes 7:00am - 13:00 pm
