About the Role

Overview of the Company:

FGS Global, a leading strategic communications firm, is seeking sharp and detail-oriented students to join us as interns. During the internship, you will work closely with the Hong Kong and regional team in advising our high-profile, industry-leading clients in the financial market and business sector.

Our clients include financial institutions, professional service firms as well as listed companies. With a flat operational structure and a dynamic working environment, every member of the team plays a key role in driving the direction of the organization and would be given opportunities and the flexibility to develop to his/her full potential. Strong candidates would be considered for a long-term consultant position with the firm.

The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Conduct desk research and market mapping across Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Singapore.
  • Prepare internal reference materials and guides for regional team use.
  • Support the preparation of clear, well‑structured internal documents and trackers.
  • Provide general HR and operations support, including ad hoc administrative tasks

Desired Skills & Qualities

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong research, analytical, and information‑synthesis skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
  • Any experience in communications agency or in-house marketing/communications role will be an advantage.

Specifics:

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Chinese Language & Literature, Communications, Economics, English, Journalism, Translation, Politics, Law, Linguistics.
  • Education Level (pursuing / obtained): Master / Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor
  • Required Level of Work Experience : None
  • Qualifications: Please indicate your results of Chinese language and English language examinations such as IB, DSE and IELTS.
