Backend Developement Intern

About the role:

As a PHP Laravel Backend Intern, you will work closely with our backend development team to assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and services using PHP and Laravel. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn backend development and gain hands-on experience with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs using PHP and Laravel.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in database design and management, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Test and debug backend systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews and adhere to best practices for coding and documentation.
• Learn and apply best practices for backend development using PHP and Laravel.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in PHP and Laravel technologies.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Basic understanding of PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with the Laravel framework is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
