About the Role

1) Assist in coordinating end-to-end Divisional PDC Meetings, including preparation of materials, data consolidation, scheduling, and post-meeting documentation. 


2) Assist in coordinating and updating mobility and upgrading in the databased, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and readiness for reporting. 


3) Conduct basic analysis on PD-related data (e.g. mobility and progression) to generate insights for reporting, presentations, and management discussions. 


4) Support any ad-hoc PD projects and strategic initiatives aligned with department priorities.
