Radiometer Medical is seeking an engineering intern for the Global Supply Chain from August/September 2026 for a duration of 20 weeks. Radiometer is owned by the American company Danaher, which is the world's leading Lean company after Toyota. Danaher uses DBS (Danaher Business System), which is their version of Toyota's Production System. Your daily work will be influenced by the culture and tools provided by DBS.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting Radiometer's "On Time Delivery" and inventory levels.
Assisting improvement projects for Radiometer's On Time Delivery.
Forecasting consumables and spare parts.
Assisting in the preparation of production plans in coordination with production.
Working across the organization in projects, typically through Kaizen events, and taking ownership of projects to ensure they are completed.
Optimizing and creating new tools in Excel and Power BI.
Following and correcting standard work used in your daily routine.

Qualifications:

General understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
Familiarity with forecasting and Lean.
Desire to be challenged and willingness to take responsibility.
Proactive, thorough, and initiative-taking personality.
Proficient user of Excel (knowledge of VBA and Power Query) and experience with data analysis.
