YOUR ROLE

 
Adhere to IMS and all applicable international laws and regulations. Carry out all duties in compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethical policies. Develop and present a continuous performance improvement plan that will be periodically reviewed and reported.
 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Collaborate with the superintendent to coordinate repair services as required
  • Monitor, oversee, and facilitate all fleet projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for the weekly fleet operations meeting.
  • Provide administrative support to the fleet.
  • Create and manage project plans, including timelines with project-specific milestones and deliverables.Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reviews through presentations and effective communication.
  • Aid the fleet in gathering vessel data on specific topics and preparing reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
     

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


 
Required :

  • Master degree in naval architecture or engineering.
  • 1 year in technical domain such as but not limited to naval architecture, ship management, ship repair or shipbuilding.
  • Project management.
  • Written and oral communication.
  • English.

 

Desirable :

•    Experience with fleet management software (AMOS, ShipNet, etc.). 
•    Knowledge of international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code). 
•    Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2). 
•    Proficiency in reporting and planning tools (Excel, MS Project).
