We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our UK & Ireland team and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle at Suntory Global Spirits. What You’ll Be Doing

 

As HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and wider UK & Ireland HR team to deliver an excellent HR service to our employees throughout the employee lifecycle.  Your key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Supporting HR Business Partners across day-to-day activities 

  • Assisting with employee queries and HR administration 

  • Helping deliver employee engagement and DEI initiatives 

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes 

  • Contributing to HR projects and team priorities 

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in HR. 

 

  • Recently graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Organised and detail-oriented 
  • Eagerness to learn 
  • Previous experience of Microsoft Office 
  • Previous experience of Canva (desirable but not essential) 

 

Duration – 12 months 

 

Hybrid role based in our Springburn Office in Glasgow
