About the Role

Stage -  E-Retail Digital Assistant  Shiseido Group EMEA  H/F - Juillet 2026 

 

  

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe E-retail régionale EMEA, vous travaillerez au quotidien dans un environnement international, sur toutes les marques du groupe et sur les 3 axes (Parfums, Soins, Maquillage) 

 

Vos missions : 

 

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe E‑Retail EMEA, l’alternant(e) interviendra en support des Digital Partnership Managers sur des sujets business, performance et coordination des partenaires clés. 

 

  • Support aux Digital Partnership Managers dans la mise en œuvre d’initiatives business et innovations e‑retail au sein des plans marketing par retailer 

  • Contribution aux analyses e‑retail (performances, customers insights, activations)  

  • Coordination des activations commerciales et accompagnement des marchés EMEA sur les sujets liés au retail media 

  • Support aux lancements de marques et produits sur Amazon et suivi des ouvertures de comptes 

  • Coordination interne avec les parties prenantes clés : équipes EMEA, marchés locaux et partenaires retailers 

  • Suivi et audit des lancements afin d’assurer la bonne exécution et la performance des activations 

  • Réalisation de benchmarks concurrentiels et partage des best practices afin d’alimenter les recommandations business et digitales

Votre profil : 

 

Vous intégrez une équipe collaborative à taille humaine, appliquant l’approche du test&learn, avec un bon esprit d’équipe.

  • Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, dynamique, avec un sens de l’organisation hors pair.
  • Elle devra avoir une appétence pour le secteur du digital, aimant suivre les dernières tendances en ligne.
  • Connaissances E-Retail appréciés.
  • Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais est indispensable.
